On this workshop we will explore the core principles of mindfulness and how they assist us to deepen our practice


Contents includes

  • Appreciating mind as a natural environment and mindfulness as an inherent quality
  • Balancing effort and will power with letting go
  • Seeing beyond the tendencies of mind
  • Activating the feeling mind and letting the body be full of life rather than full of thoughts
  • Sitting and walking practices to integrate our learning into the body


This training is for experienced mindfulness practitioners or educators who wish to extend themselves into new areas of learning. In a quiet and supportive environment we will follow a schedule of teaching sessions, silent sitting and walking meditations, and discussion.
