Mindfulness is our natural ability to be fully present. It’s a tool for increasing the strength and quality of our attention and assists us to stay focussed and clear minded rather than getting lost in distractions and stress. Mindfulness assists us to be more fully open to the exquisite aliveness of each moment and is developed through simple focussing and awareness exercises.
In this workshop we will be explore both the theory and practice of mindfulness following a schedule of teaching sessions, guided sitting and walking practices, and discussion.
This workshop is suitable for people who are new to the practice as well as those with previous experience of mindfulness who want a refresher.
