Mindfulness is about being clear and quiet enough to hear and be awake to our deepest intelligence. Its practice is to realize and embody wisdom and compassion, which inherently flow from an open mind and open heart.
This silent retreat will consist of group sessions along with open space for retreatants to move with their own rhythm. Daily sessions include instruction, sitting meditations and an enquiry period. This retreat is suitable for people who are new to the practice as well as those with previous experience of mindfulness.
