Life, Death and Transformation

  • Wellington 31 Hobson Crescent Thorndon New Zealand (map)
The body is designed to die: death surrounds us, but our denial of it sets a limit on our living.

This workshop opens a personal and experiential inquiry into our own mortality.  Our purpose is to explore how freeing up our relationship with death can become a transformative force for healing and wellbeing.  Participants will be guided through ways to connect more deeply with their inner wisdom with opportunities for sharing as well as silent contemplation in the nurturing atmosphere of the group energy.

Main contents

  • The implications of living in a death-phobic society
  • Guided death meditation
  • Mindful movement
  • Facilitated group enquiry
  • Contemplation of the life force, forgiveness and gratitude

Please bring food to share for a light lunch, tea and coffee provided.

Cost $110
