Mindfulness practice stimulates our inherent ability to function from the wholeness of our being, and sense our inter-relatedness with all life. Mindfulness arises from orientating ourselves to the present moment, and invites us into deep listening, and a way of authentic participation that assists us to realise peace and wellbeing.
