Mindfulness is the quality of awareness we experience when we shift from being captured by the endless demands of the mind and sense the larger context of simple presence. The art of sustaining mindfulness through the conditions of life depends on attraction to presence coupled with an inquiry into our patterns of distraction.
On this workshop we will be exploring these themes while following a schedule of teaching sessions, guided sitting and walking meditations, and discussion. This workshop is for both beginners and experienced mindfulness practitioners.
Cost: $200. (Please bring food for a light lunch.)
