We facilitate Mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) courses which are effective in a wide range of mental and physical health applications. MBSR is an experiential programme developed and popularized by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass Medical School over the past 25 years. It has been shown in clinical research to reduce stress, negative thinking and mood disturbance, improve mood regulation and increase perceptions of control in people with long-term anxiety disorders. In UK the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommend mindfulness for the prevention of relapse in recurrent depression.
